Our Customer Portal ( https://customer.castleaccess.com ) is your remote viewport into a plethora of critical data center information. Like many of our services, the Customer Portal is available 24 hours a day and gives you:
- Current and Historical Power Usage Graphs (Not applicable to 1/2 and 1/3 cabinets)
- Current and Historical Bandwidth Usage Graphs for managed bandwidth clients
- Cabinet Access Logs for Aero Drive clients (Not applicable to 1/2 and 1/3 cabinets)
- An Overview of Network Properties
- Access to answers of Frequently Asked Questions

By logging into the Customer Portal with information provided during orientation, System Administrators are readily able to effectively monitor their current bandwidth and power usages or review usage across an entire year; Managers are able to monitor cabinet logs (Aero Drive clients) to effectively track security and access for both potential audit requirements and piece of mind; and Accountants are able to view the 95th percentile, a metric used to determine billing.
Our Customer Portal is actively developed and is regularly expanded to provide you, the client, with access to some of the same tools used by our NOC Staff to monitor and maintain all of our Enterprise Data Centers.
